1. At the end of the poem, they said "So we agrees!" because they agree that both of them aren't pleased.
2. I think the message of "Madam and the Rent Man" is that each person has their own problem and each has to deal with it in different ways. And we all try to do everything to fix it.
3. The author's use of playful language and dialogue makes the tone New York-ish by using strong words like Howdy-do.

Madam and the Rent Man by Langston Hughes
Three images that I see while reading "Madam and the Rent Man" by Langston Hughes:
- The first image I see is the rent man is calm. He has a big mustache and always has a cigarette in his mouth.
- The second image I see is the women, which is the narrator in the story, she seems really angry. She has short and curly hair and she always wears a dress that has a bigger size than her.
- The third image I see is the apartment is very dirty. The apartment has rats in the cellar, the sink is broke, the water don't run, the kitchen floor squeaks and the attic leaks, everything is broken which made a big mess.
